Launching 20+ Sites on a Shared Digital Platform

THE CHALLENGE

UP Education needed to modernise its digital presence across a portfolio of more than 20 distinct education brands operating in New Zealand and Australia. Each brand had its own website, often built on separate platforms, resulting in inconsistent experiences, duplicated effort, and long turnaround times for content changes. The team needed a better way to launch, manage, and optimise branded websites—without developer bottlenecks or fragmented governance.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We worked with UP Education to design a shared digital platform—one that would allow multiple brands to run independently but with consistent UX, content structure, and governance. Each brand could maintain its own identity while benefiting from shared components, templates, and infrastructure. Most importantly, the marketing team could manage all sites without developer support.
